This event takes place in Milton, Ontario, just 1/2 hour west of Toronto, and close to many cities, including Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Mississauga, Brampton, and Cambridge, to name a few. This event features a 10K and 20K Individual Swimrun where participants will alternate between swimming in the Area 8 Quarry and running along the beautiful and challenging trails of Kelso Park.
