About this race

The inaugural Share the Road ride was hosted in 2006 following the death of OPP Sergeant Greg Stobbart who tragically lost his life while on a training ride in Milton Ontario. This year we celebrate the 20th anniversary of this annual event on the same roads that Greg trained on, departing from the Mattamy National Cycling Centre which is just south of where Greg lost his life to a careless driver.
