How many races are on in Canada this weekend?

178 — across 10 provinces, October 2, 2026 – October 4, 2026. The list is rebuilt from the race calendar every day, so it reflects what is actually still on.

Can I still register for a race this weekend?

Often, yes. Plenty of Canadian races take race-day registration at the start line, and many keep online entry open until the Thursday or Friday before. Open the race page and check the registration line — it says whether entry is open, closing, or closed.

What if there is nothing near me this weekend?

Use the near-me page to sort every upcoming race by distance from where you are, or the season planner to build a run of races toward a goal instead of picking one weekend at a time.
