Enjoy some of the best road running that Vancouver Island has to offer. For beginners to Olympians and everyone in between, walkers to runners and all ages. Sooke offers a rolling and beautiful course on a forested out-and-back route. It is sheltered, so there is little chance of wind ,and the final 2.5K is super fast.
