About this race
Come and join us in Mabou for the first trail running relay race in Eastern Canada! Teams of 2 to 4 runners will take turns running a ~5km loop, with the goal of accumulating 100 miles (160kms) in the 30 hour time limit. Team members are expected, by their teammates, to run a minimum of 3 laps each in the 30 hour window.
