Enjoy some of the best road running that Vancouver Island has to offer. For beginners to Olympians and everyone in between, walkers to runners and all ages. Enjoy a scenic route amongst the farms and rural environment with mountain views in the stunning Comox Valley. This course can be fast if run with the right tactics; there are gently rolling hills on the way out and a wonderful net downhill second half.
