Join us on September 26th at Waves Coffee on Howe Street for a 3K or 5km Shakeout Run ahead of the Under Armour Eastside 10K! The pace will be VERY conversational, so everyone is welcome. Meet at 8:45am at Waves Coffee (900 Howe Street). The run will begin at 9:15am. What's happening:
