Indoor Triathlon is a fun and exciting triathlon format that takes place entirely indoors. Athletes swim in a pool, bike on a stationary bike, and run on an indoor track, in each case trying to get as much distance as possible in 15 minutes. Races are open to everyone. In fact, beginners are especially welcome!
