August 13th. Due to the devastating fire in Summerland, the Penticton Pounders have made the decision to cancel the race. Mount Conkle, on which the race is run, is still in an active fire zone and it will be weeks before it's able to be accessed with no idea on when it would be open again for public use. For those who have already registered, refunds will be given out.
