About this race
Parking south of the start. Park near Rusty’s Sports Lounge and surrounding lots. Perfect to run your first 5k, push your limits, or set a new PR taking advantage of your summer training! The 5k race will be eligible for IRA 2026 points standing. ALL 5k and mile proceeds and donations go to benefit the UBCO Heat cross country program!
