24 Hours of Heroes will be running November 7th - 8th, 2026 in support of Wounded Warriors Canada, for our 11th year running! Nearly every hour on the hour, a new Hero workout will be completed, where gyms can choose to participate in any number of the workout(s). Alternatively, participants may choose to complete any number of the hero workouts at home (with appropriate limited equipment scaling options if needed!)…
