Established in 1978, the Spring Run-Off is an event with a great deal of history and tradition. As the annual kick-off of the Canada Running Series, this event celebrates the return of spring in Toronto’s beautiful High Park, welcoming runners of all ages to participate and thaw out after a long Canadian winter.
