The Runner's Den is excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Mizuno to bring you back the Summer Sunset Series! A fun way to stay fit this summer with a fast and flat course along Hamiltons Waterfront trail! This will be a timed event to allow runners to get a chip time for their 5K run.
